## Description

BlueDragon is an AI-enhanced root cause analysis (RCA) training and consulting brand focused on improving human performance, operational safety, and organizational effectiveness. Developed in 2015 by Rob De La Espriella, a root cause analysis expert with experience in commercial nuclear power, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Department of Energy, BlueDragon helps organizations address the systemic causes of recurring problems and risks.

Its consulting services include reactive investigations, proactive risk assessments, program and forensic reviews, and assessments of leadership, culture, teams, and operational defenses. Training ranges from introductory courses to practitioner and advanced mentor and executive programs, with certification, coaching, continuing education, Lean Six Sigma enhancements, and leadership cognitive skills development. BlueDragon teaches critical thinking, systems thinking, and first-principles thinking through an integrated framework for identifying root causes and developing effective corrective actions.

The brand also applies AI to accelerate analysis and reporting while keeping human experts responsible for investigation and conclusions.
