The site offers flexible spaces for a range of activities, including modular administrative offices, laboratories and prototyping workshops, and fully equipped conference rooms measuring 20 to 80 square metres. Its development focuses on the future of urban living and sustainable growth, with innovative approaches to energy and water management. Public events and community activities also contribute to life on the site.
