## Description

Blue Meridian Partners is a pioneering philanthropic model dedicated to increasing economic and social mobility for young people and families living in poverty in the US. Recognizing that solutions exist, but often lack the necessary resources, Blue Meridian Partners brings philanthropists together to pool capital and scale solutions that target drivers of poverty from cradle to career. They view their grants as investments and provide flexible capital, capacity-building support, and strategic advice to visionary social sector leaders. Blue Meridian Partners understands the connection between economic mobility and racial equity and invests in strategies that dismantle structural inequities that have long excluded people of color from power and opportunity. With over $4 billion pooled to date and five investment portfolios, Blue Meridian Partners seeks to transform the philanthropic marketplace and improve the life trajectories of millions of young people and families across America.
