## Description

The BlueRibbon Coalition, also known as ShareTrails, is a grassroots organization dedicated to advocating for responsible outdoor recreation and access to public lands. Founded in 1987 by Clark Collins, the coalition emerged in response to concerns over the preservation of public land access for motorized recreation. Over the years, it has evolved to serve as a critical voice for recreationists, focusing on education, advocacy, and legal representation to protect access rights.

BlueRibbon Coalition offers a wide range of services, including educational resources for land users, membership programs, and advocacy initiatives aimed at preserving trail access and defending against unlawful restrictions, especially in areas like Moab and Lake Powell. Their online platform, along with the ShareTrails Magazine, provides ongoing news and updates related to public land issues, empowering users to stay informed and engaged in the ongoing fight for recreational access. With a commitment to inclusive public land usage, the organization also advocates for expanded disability access rights, ensuring that all individuals can enjoy outdoor spaces.
