## Description

Blues Volley ry is a volleyball club and children’s and youth sports Star Club operating in the Finnish Volleyball Federation’s Southern Region (ESLA). Founded in 1993, it aims to provide young players with high-quality coaching while also welcoming people who want to play recreationally. Its motto, “Bring some swing to the game,” reflects an inclusive approach to participation.

The club organizes teams and activities for women and men, masters, and girls and boys across several youth age groups. Its offerings include representative and regional league teams, adult recreational volleyball, a volleyball school, and movement-and-volleyball sessions for young children. It also supports player registration, coaching, education, referee development, and club volunteering, with guidance and resources for players, parents, coaches, and team managers.

Blues Volley’s notable results include the 2008 boys’ B-age Finnish championship, a boys’ C-age national silver medal in 2013, and girls’ B-age bronze in 2018, alongside Finnish masters medals. The club also celebrates former players who have advanced to national and international stages.
