## Description

Bluma Bar & Restaurant is a dining destination at the Courtyard by Marriott Biel/Bienne in Biel, Switzerland, led by chef and caterer Madeleine Isler. The restaurant brings together local and seasonal cooking with international flavors, creating a varied menu that celebrates the region while offering guests a broader culinary experience. Its approach emphasizes fresh, quality ingredients sourced locally whenever possible, and collaboration with partners in the community. Guests can choose from the restaurant’s à la carte selection, a daily menu priced at CHF 19.50, or a Sunday brunch priced at CHF 42. Bluma also welcomes visitors seeking a distinctive meal in the hotel setting and provides online table reservations. Beyond regular dining, Madeleine Isler and her team organize banquets and business meals for seminars, tailoring culinary experiences to different occasions.
