## Description

Blushing Cook is a brand that offers a delightful and unique range of edible masterpieces. Founded by Sammi Gascoyne, an accomplished pastry chef with a background in fine art and Patisserie, Blushing Cook combines culinary expertise with a passion for using natural and beautiful ingredients. The brand's journey began when Sammi started baking in her small flat in South West London. Inspired by the discovery of edible flowers, Sammi sought to create cakes adorned with real, preserved flowers instead of artificial decorations. Her first hit became Blushing Cook's signature Pressed Flower Cake, which set the stage for Sammi's edible floral masterpieces that continue to captivate the food world. Blushing Cook has since expanded its range to include other delectable treats, including buttery biscuits iced with vegetable, fruit, and floral-based colorings, and luxurious brownies made with the finest fair trade chocolate. Each bake is meticulously crafted using fresh, organic, and edible British flowers sourced from an organic grower in Devon. With a commitment to the environment, Blushing Cook carefully considers sustainability in its creations. The organic flowers are handpicked and delicately pressed before being beautifully incorporated into the bakes. The brand also sources high-quality ingredients, such as British free-range eggs and sustainable cocoa, to ensure that their treats taste as good as they look. To bring a slice of floral joy right to your doorstep, Blushing Cook offers postal gifts, including their signature floral brownies and edible flower-topped shortbreads. Each brownie and biscuit is individually crafted by Sammi and her talented team at their little bakery in South West London, ensuring quality and a personal touch in every bite. Whether you're looking to treat yourself or send a unique and delicious gift to someone special, Blushing Cook's edible masterpieces are a perfect choice. Subscribe to their mailing list for delightful tasters of floral joy delivered straight to your inbox.
