## Description

Boasphoto is the photography brand of Mel Boas, a photographer who uses images to tell complete stories from distinctive perspectives. His work spans photojournalism and commissioned photography, capturing both local events and current affairs with an eye for the people, atmosphere and details that make each story meaningful.

For organizations and businesses, Mel creates photographic reports that communicate their essence and reflect their identity. He works to capture people naturally, while adapting to each client’s character and desired atmosphere. He also considers how photographs will be used across different channels, helping clients make effective use of the images.

Boasphoto offers portrait sessions for individuals who want confident, authentic photographs for websites or social media. Event photography records the mood and character of a gathering, giving organizers images to revisit and share afterward. In personal projects, Mel presents visual stories about people and places, from everyday life to unusual subjects. Based in the Zeist area, he brings local knowledge and a personal perspective to his photography.
