## Description

BodyEsteem provides cancer navigation and wellness support for people facing cancer, recovering from major illness or injury, and adjusting to life during and after treatment. Its mission is to empower and educate patients so they can advocate for themselves and make informed choices about their care, while finding greater peace and emotional well-being throughout the journey.

Founded by Cathy Nobil-Dutton, a licensed clinical social worker, certified personal trainer and health coach, cancer exercise specialist, and cancer navigator, BodyEsteem combines professional training with the perspective of a cancer survivor. Services include survivorship counseling, emotional support, nutrition counseling, and modified exercise plans tailored to clients’ needs. Cathy helps clients address concerns that can be overlooked alongside medical treatment, offering a supportive space to discuss challenges, explore options, and feel less overwhelmed.

BodyEsteem also shares educational resources and conversations through its blog, social media, and podcast appearances. Topics include exercise during cancer recovery, sexual health, communication, and living with Lynch Syndrome.
