## Description

Bodyjunkies is an independent fitness and boxing club in Islington, North London, offering small-group training in a welcoming, low-ego community. Its classes accommodate different experience and fitness levels, with no boxing experience required for beginners. Sessions are limited to 12 participants and include non-contact boxing and fitness training, with coaches adapting exercises to individual abilities and goals.

The club’s approach combines workouts with personalised nutrition and progress tracking to support overall wellbeing. Members can choose group classes, one-to-one personal training tailored to their level and pace, or strength and conditioning sessions focused on building strength for the ring and beyond. Newcomers can start with a £49 Starter Pack, which includes boxing gloves and wraps to keep; experienced participants can try a taster session and bring their own gloves. Bodyjunkies also offers classes and personal training through its pricing and membership options, so prospective members can review the available pathways before committing. Customer reviews highlight supportive coaching, motivating sessions and a strong sense of community.
