## Description

Zorgboerderij Groei & Bloei is a care farm serving the Krimpenerwaard and surrounding region, offering professional individual and group support for children and adults with support needs. In a safe, welcoming farm environment, participants can take part in meaningful day activities, develop practical skills, build confidence and enjoy social contact. The farm is open Tuesday through Saturday, with groups for children, young people and adults.

Activities vary with the seasons and include caring for animals, gardening, cooking and baking, creative projects, games, woodworking and general farm maintenance. Children from age four can attend structured day care in small groups, with support aimed at encouraging development and independence. Services also include after-school and Saturday day care, homework support, and coaching sessions with a horse coach. A teacher provides education for children who have left the school system, with the aim of supporting their return to school.

Adults can choose from varied activities and receive professional care under the Youth Act, WMO or WLZ.
