## Description

Bovec Outdoor Film Festival (BOFF) is a film and outdoor-culture festival held in Bovec, Slovenia. Its programme focuses on films about nature, outdoor sports, the environment and related subjects, bringing audiences together for screenings and events in the local community. The festival also invites filmmakers to submit their work and presents awards as part of its programme.

Alongside film screenings, BOFF offers activities that extend the experience beyond the cinema. Its events have included guided walks and hikes, excursions, workshops, talks and travel presentations, with programmes hosted at venues around Bovec. The festival also shares news, schedules, film categories, rules and award information, helping visitors plan their attendance and filmmakers learn how to participate.

BOFF provides practical visitor information, including ticket details, accommodation resources, event locations and media materials. Taking place over several days at the end of December, the festival connects outdoor enthusiasts, filmmakers and visitors through films and shared activities inspired by the natural world. Its website is available in Slovenian and English.
