## Description

Ergoldinger Bogenschützen e.V. is an archery club based in Ergolding, near Landshut in Lower Bavaria. Founded in 1979 and registered as an association in 1988, the club has welcomed local archers to practise and socialize on its grounds for more than 40 years. It promotes archery as a sport combining concentration, strength and endurance, and welcomes beginners, prospective members and experienced shooters.

The club offers regular training twice a week, currently on Mondays and Fridays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. It also arranges guest-shooting sessions, giving visitors a chance to try archery for a fee. Members practise with blank, compound and recurve bows, and the club’s activities include 3D archery and arrow building. Seasonal events include the indoor Nikolausturnier and the outdoor Maiturnier, alongside visits to tournaments hosted by other clubs. Ergoldinger Bogenschützen also participates in local community programmes and holds an annual summer celebration for members. Its website shares club news, event information, training details and practical guidance for visitors interested in taking up the sport.
