## Description

Bois et Sens is a creative woodworking and well-being atelier in Venosc, in the Oisans region of France. Founded by Elisabeth Beaupère, it brings together her passion for greenwood carving and mindfulness meditation in a calm, welcoming space for learning and shared experiences. The studio offers introductory sessions that teach basic tools and techniques alongside present-moment awareness, regular day workshops in wooden spoon carving, and immersive weekend courses following the process from raw wood to finished spoon. Sessions are available at the atelier or by request for families and groups, including activities designed for teenagers.

Bois et Sens also offers “Mains et Sens,” a relaxing fascia-based well-being treatment. Elisabeth trained with Danis Bois and has practised this approach for more than 30 years. Her work draws on fascia therapy, perceptual education and mindfulness. Whether shaping wood or receiving a treatment, visitors are invited to slow down, engage their senses and reconnect with themselves.
