## Description

Boks.training is the boxing training programme of Tatsushin Dojo, based in Hierden, the Netherlands. It offers varied classes built around an accessible system designed to help participants learn how to box. The training invites people to engage both physically and mentally, developing their skills in a supportive dojo environment.

Tatsushin describes its dojo as a place for personal focus, self-expression and cooperation with others. Classes offer an opportunity to step away from everyday pressures, regain a sense of calm and release stress through movement and training. The programme is led by Raymond Pereira, a professional instructor with more than 30 years of experience across several martial arts. He founded Tatsushin Dojo and is presented as an expert in martial arts, known for his technical ability and energetic, positive and caring approach to teaching.
