## Description

Bono Comercio VLC is a local spending initiative organized by Valencia City Council in partnership with Cámara Valencia to support retail businesses across the city. The 2026 campaign makes digital vouchers available to eligible consumers, with each voucher carrying €50 in spending value: the purchaser pays €25 and the City Council contributes the remaining €25. A total of 46,041 vouchers are planned. Consumers aged over 16 may acquire one voucher per DNI/NIE, subject to the campaign’s registration and allocation rules. Vouchers can be received and used digitally through a QR code, a Wallet, or a 16-digit code, and may be redeemed at participating Valencia businesses. The Bonos Comercio app lets users check their balance and transaction history, display a payment QR code, and locate participating shops on a map. The campaign also provides information and enrollment services for local merchants wishing to accept the vouchers, as well as customer support by phone and email. Voucher use ends on 15 November 2026.
