## Description

BookBrainz is an open, community-driven project building an online database of books, magazines, journals, and other publications. Its goal is to document every publication ever written and make the collected data freely available for people around the world to use. The database includes information about authors, works, editions, and related entities, with records maintained and expanded through community contributions.

Anyone can take part, whether by editing existing information, contributing to the project’s development, or helping raise awareness.
