## Description

Bookish Beck is an engaging literary brand created by Rebecca Foster, an American transplant who has made England her home since 2005. With a solid educational background in English and Religion from Hood College and an MA in Victorian Literature from the University of Leeds, Rebecca channels her passion for literature into her freelance career as a proofreader and book reviewer.

The brand primarily focuses on providing insightful reviews of diverse genres, including fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. Through her blog, which began in 2015, she shares her reading habits, recommends new books, and discusses thematic literary connections. Bookish Beck also features various interactive memes and community events, such as Love Your Library and Novellas in November, fostering engagement among readers. Additionally, Rebecca actively judges literary prizes, contributing to the literary community's recognition of new talent. With frequent posts that alternate between British and American spellings, Bookish Beck serves as a cultural bridge for book lovers worldwide.
