## Description

Boomerang Ski Club is a welcoming club and mountain lodge in Iwikau Village on Bruce Road, Whakapapa, on Mount Ruapehu. Established in 1962, it has served as a friendly home for generations of families and brings together members from a wide range of backgrounds. The club offers lodge accommodation, with information and services for bookings and members available through its website. It also welcomes education groups and guests of members to experience Tongariro National Park.

The Boomerang is well placed for winter visits to the Whakapapa and Turoa ski fields. The club takes part in annual events on Ruapehu and hosts its own club race.
