## Description

Boon is a coaching and leadership development platform designed to support employees at every level, from individual contributors to senior executives. Its five connected programs—Scale, Grow, Together, Adapt, and Exec—provide individual coaching, manager cohorts, team sessions, AI adoption support, and executive coaching. Development history, goals, and competency progress stay in one shared record as people and their roles change.

The platform works within Slack, Microsoft Teams, and AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, bringing session preparation, follow-through, and practice into employees’ existing workflows. Participants can receive action summaries, relevant resources, and AI roleplay tied to their coaching goals. Boon also offers measurement through pre- and post-program competency assessments, with manager and 360-degree ratings available. Coaching content remains confidential, while aggregated cohort results help organizations assess progress.

Boon works with more than 300 ICF-accredited coaches and serves over 110 companies. The company reports a 4.8 rating on G2 and shares client case studies, coaching insights, and guidance on leadership development and measuring coaching outcomes.
