## Description

Boost is a dynamic Learning and Improvement Community dedicated to transforming health and social care in the North East and North Cumbria. Established in September 2022, Boost connects individuals passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem-solving. The community serves as a hub for sharing knowledge and experiences, focusing on seven priority areas outlined in the integrated care strategy, "Better health and wellbeing for all."

At the heart of Boost is the Learning Academy, offering a diverse range of training opportunities, including leadership courses, health inequalities, and wellbeing programs. Designed for professionals across various sectors—NHS, local authorities, and private care providers—these offerings enable participants to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to community health initiatives.

Boost also fosters a culture of connection through its Coaching Network, Communities of Practice, and collaborative projects, such as the Women’s Health Programme and the Menopause Support in the Workplace initiative. By encouraging continuous learning and development, Boost is committed to improving health outcomes for everyone in the region.
