## Description

The Chicago Booth Angels Network of Chicago and New York (CBAN Chicago & New York) is a nonprofit organization founded by alumni of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Established to foster connections between successful alumni and promising early-stage startups, CBAN operates as part of the global Chicago Booth Angels Network. Since its unification in 2024, the organization has been dedicated to providing members with high-value investment opportunities, collaborative deal discussions, and extensive peer networking. Members, who are required to be accredited investors, gain access to pitch decks and exclusive invitations to educational events. Startups seeking investment, regardless of their affiliation with the university, can apply to pitch during designated cycles throughout the year. With a commitment to transparency, fairness, and prudent risk-taking, CBAN Chicago & New York creates a dynamic environment for networking and intellectual growth, ultimately shaping the future of entrepreneurship in the U.S.
