## Description

BOOTHPLORER is one of the first third-party asset and avatar search engine & aggregator for VRChat assets from BOOTH which aims to make finding assets and avatars easier for overseas users while implementing additional filtering and sorting functionalities to be able to supply a more user friendly interface and experience to users compared to BOOTH's specifically tailored towards browsing VRChat assets and avatars.

Development on BOOTHPLORER was started in May 2023 out of frustration in regards to the frustrating and cumbersome experience experienced by it's developer when looking for assets and avatars themselves. BOOTHPLORER's first public version was released in October 2023 and was received with overwhelming positive feedback from the VRChat community and has been a staple in the community ever since, being mentioned as one of the first tools in regards to searching for assets and avatars along with ease of finding assets for those avatars.

It has been acknowledged by pixiv as a helpful tool for the community on February 2025, strengthening BOOTHPLORER's commitment on being a long-term tool and aiming to constantly improve it's functionalities for it's users.

"Finding avatars and assets from BOOTH for VRChat shouldn't be difficult."
