Welcome to Bakkerij Borgesius! As a family-owned business, we have been baking and packaging delicious bakery products for 125 years with great care. We take pride in thinking along with our customers to ensure that we deliver perfect products, always striving to make a difference. Since 1895, we have been baking bread, and over the course of 7 generations, we have continually innovated and surprised, while respecting the craft, the customer, and the environment.

This has allowed us to grow into what we are today - a bakery that makes a significant contribution to Dutch bread culture, and we're quite proud of it. Did you know that we provide an average of 800,000 bakery products daily to supermarkets? Bread is the only product delivered 'fresh' every day alongside newspapers. Our products can be found in over 80% of Dutch households, which amounts to more than 6.

2 million households, including yours, most likely. With our 9 bakeries located throughout the Netherlands, we deliver to more than 900 stores daily using 190 trucks. Our bakery in Aalsmeer is one of the largest in Europe, and our biggest oven measures an impressive 45 meters long.
