## Description

Borgia Winebar & Spirits is a wine bar in Valencia’s historic Barrio del Carmen, opened in September 2024 inside the Palacio Peris. Inspired by the legacy of the Borgia family, it brings together wine, gourmet tapas and conversation in a setting that blends historic character with contemporary hospitality. The venue features a communal wooden table, a terrace overlooking the neighbourhood and El Cónclave, an upstairs space available by invitation.

Guests can choose from more than 40 wines by the glass, cocktails and food pairings. Signature experiences include the Maridaje Borgiano, pairing three wines with three gourmet tapas, and a four-glass journey through Spain’s wine regions. Borgia also hosts special events featuring guest sommeliers and wineries, with wines matched to dishes created for each occasion. Private events, tastings and gift experiences are available, making the venue a destination for celebrations as well as casual visits. Founded by Jordi Gil Agulles, Borgia offers table reservations and welcomes visitors at its Cavallers Street address in Ciutat Vella.
