## Description

Boring Ecom is a fractional retention team that helps ecommerce and subscription brands build stronger customer relationships and grow lifetime value. Rather than focusing only on email or SMS, the company takes a broader, hands-on approach to retention strategy and execution. Its services include retention audits, payback modeling, and personalized 90-day roadmaps, followed by support across lifecycle email and SMS, subscription retention, subscriber growth, customer winback, and retention analytics. The team also helps clients test acquisition offers and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Boring Ecom positions its work as a data-driven operating system, using cohort analysis and KPI tracking to identify opportunities and measure results. The company says its process is designed to improve retention, subscription performance, and revenue, and offers a money-back guarantee if a client’s retention program shows no improvement after 90 days. Client testimonials describe gains in email revenue, returning-customer rates, and subscription performance. Boring Ecom serves as an execution partner for brands seeking experienced retention leadership without relying on an email-only agency.
