With its operational head office in Guwahati, Assam, it works to empower marginalized and vulnerable communities, particularly in Northeast India. Its mission is to support integral development by helping people build community organizations, strengthen their capacities and make effective use of local resources. BRO envisions self-reliant, dignified communities contributing to a just, equal and harmonious society.
