## Description

De Bosruiters is an equestrian club in Apeldoorn, serving young riders aged 6 to 18 from the city and surrounding area. Established in 1964, the club welcomes members with their own pony or horse, as well as those who care for one. Its focus is on enjoying horse riding while developing skills, confidence and friendships in a supportive setting.

Members receive weekly dressage and show-jumping lessons for a range of abilities, from beginners to advanced riders. Lessons take place throughout the year, with additional indoor sessions in winter. The club also offers access to its outdoor riding facilities, including a 20-by-40-metre arena, and members can take part in official KNHS competitions.

Beyond lessons, De Bosruiters organizes activities such as pony camp, outdoor rides, cross-country lessons, games days and club competitions. Prospective members can start with a free trial lesson before choosing a suitable membership. The club also offers arena-use membership and, for riders aged 18 and over, membership to compete under the association’s name.
