With their vineyard consulting business, Dave and Jackie realized they had access to some of the highest-quality fruit in California, which led to the establishment of BOS Wine in 2010. Since then, they have expanded their offerings, with a focus on sparkling, rosé, white, and red wines. BOS Wine is also known for its Wine Garden in downtown Elk Rapids, where visitors can experience their carefully crafted wines.

Additionally, the brand has a Wine Club program managed by Elizabeth, who brings her expertise in project management and supply chain management to enhance the club experience.
