## Description

Vertical-Life is a gym management software brand focused on helping climbing gyms simplify operations, support their teams, and engage climbers. Its all-in-one platform brings together tools for payments, course bookings, staff management, ticketing, marketing, routesetting, and customer engagement. The system supports in-person and online sales, with options to take bookings and payments through mobile devices, websites, and custom gym apps. Course scheduling and ticketing tools help gyms sell sessions, tickets, and vouchers, while staff features include scheduling, automated substitutions, payroll, and performance reviews. For day-to-day business oversight, reporting tools help operators track transactions and analyze performance. Vertical-Life also offers routesetting management to organize and update routes and boulders, share information about new climbs, and collect feedback from climbers. Marketing features include customizable templates and automations designed to generate leads and maintain customer engagement. The Vertical-Life app helps gym members stay informed and participate in their climbing community, while making gyms discoverable to its reported audience of more than 450,000 users.
