Each option provides direct access to the Hidden Bear four-wheeler trail and the Oconto County ATV trail system. Boulder Lake, approximately one mile in diameter, is ideal for fishing and water sports such as water skiing. It is a bass hot spot, home to several game fish.

The lake's southern exposure ensures sunshine all day, making it the perfect place for swimming and family fun. Surrounding our manufactured home lots and campsites are 80 acres of lush woods, with additional sites available. The lake itself serves as the central attraction, offering a wide range of boating and water activities.
