## Description

Boundless Parkour offers children and young people opportunities to learn and practise parkour in Berlin through coached training, holiday courses and special events. Its programmes are designed for ages 8–15 and welcome participants at different experience and ability levels, with sessions focused on movement, skill development and enjoyment rather than pressure or competition.

The weekly training takes place in fixed groups, with three sessions available each week in Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. A free trial session is offered, giving newcomers a chance to experience the coaching before joining. During the summer and autumn holidays, five-day courses combine outdoor parkour training with professional coaching, running Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Boundless Parkour also organises children’s birthday events featuring 1.5 hours of activity for groups of up to ten children, as well as workshops.

Customer feedback highlights supportive, patient coaches who adapt activities to participants’ ages and abilities. Families also describe the sessions as a way for children to build confidence, learn new movements and enjoy being active with others.
