## Description

The Saint Petersburg Foundation for the Development of Boxing and Sports Wrestling is a nonprofit organization that provides ongoing support for Olympic boxing and sports wrestling in Saint Petersburg. Since 2012, it has backed social projects in sport and worked to strengthen the city’s combat-sports community. Its activities include targeted financial support for regional public sports federations, construction of sports halls and development of training infrastructure, and scholarships for wrestlers and boxers. The foundation also organizes sporting and community events and supports projects that improve the information and technology available to these sports.

Among its initiatives are an interactive Boxer Passport, a detailed resource featuring information about boxers in Saint Petersburg and providing internal data for the city’s Boxing Federation, and a mobile app for the federation. The app shares information about boxing and the city’s sporting history, and helps users find a boxing gym. The foundation also publishes news, presents its projects, and invites organizations to explore partnership opportunities.
