## Description

Box On Boxing Banyo is a community-focused boxing and fitness gym in Banyo, welcoming beginners, experienced boxers, adults and children. Since opening in 2022, it has offered training that combines boxing fundamentals, strength work and cardio conditioning in a supportive, energetic environment. Its coaching team includes professional and amateur boxing competitors, experienced trainers and a dedicated kids’ class coach.

Programs include Red Gloves boxing fitness for children aged 6–11 and Blue Gloves for ages 11–18, with sessions designed to encourage fitness, confidence and teamwork. Adults can join 45-minute Box Fit classes to develop cardiovascular fitness, or attend Box Flow, a stretching class led by coach Steph. One-on-one boxing coaching is also available by appointment, with qualified coaches providing individual guidance. The gym offers a weekly class membership as well as casual classes and multi-class passes, and states that there are no signup fees. Box On describes itself as more than a training venue: it aims to foster an inclusive boxing community where members can build skills and work toward their fitness goals.
