## Description

BOXR is a boxing training studio in Mladá Boleslav, Czechia, offering structured sessions for people at different experience levels. Built around discipline, focus, and respect, the studio presents boxing as both a sport and a mindset, with training designed to develop fitness and practical boxing skills.

Its programme includes conditioning and heavy-bag workouts, with sessions using skipping ropes and strength exercises. Women can join dedicated classes for all levels, held in women-only groups and focused on strength, fitness, and confidence. Children and young people aged 10 to 15 have their own training sessions, combining skill development, discipline, and enjoyment. More experienced boxers can attend advanced technique practice and sparring, which involves ring work, tactics, and controlled contact.

BOXR publishes a regular weekly schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening sessions, while noting that current times are available through its booking system. Training appointments can be reserved online via Reservio, where visitors can choose a session and trainer.
