## Description

Bequest Legacy Investing is a Sarasota, FL based Asset Management firm that specializes in Real Estate and Energy investments. With over 40 years of investing experience, they focus on alternative investments that generate consistent and predictable monthly passive income. They currently manage over $75 million in assets, including more than 1,000 real estate and notes. Bequest offers two investment options: the Income Fund and the Legacy Fund. The Income Fund provides an 8% or 9% preferred return and is ideal for investors looking for reliable and predictable monthly passive income. It is secured by residential, owner-occupied mortgages throughout the United States, making it the lowest risk option. The Legacy Fund offers an 11% or 10% preferred return and is designed for investors seeking steady monthly returns and greater diversification across real estate and energy. It provides the highest return option. Whether you're a business owner, entrepreneur, corporate executive, or self-directed IRA investor, Bequest collaborates with accredited investors to help them create a better life with one simple investment.
