BRAND OFF says each item, including new products, is inspected by trained professional authenticators, with strict quality checks intended to prevent counterfeit sales. The company is a member of Japan’s Association Against Counterfeit Product Distribution (AACD) and states that customers are entitled to a full refund and return if an item sold is found to be counterfeit.
