Introducing Brasserie Uncle, located in Étables-sur-mer (22) since 2016. This brewery was born out of a shared passion for beer, travel, and exploration. Uncle is all about authentic and contemporary tastes; a perfect harmony of water, malt, and hops; and a wonderful partnership between Tontons (referring to the brand's team members).

At Brasserie Uncle, you can find a range of characterful beers crafted with love. Depending on the season, we offer six to eight beer varieties, from refreshing wheat beers to robust stouts. Our recipes draw inspiration from Anglo-Saxon traditions, combining around 15 different hops and a selection of barley and wheat malts.

Planning a special event? We've got you covered with our beer tap rental service. Whether it's a wedding, birthday party, or family gathering, choose your favorite brew and the number of kegs you need. Pay only for the kegs, and the tap will be yours to use, free of charge.
