## Description

RethinkDNS is a brand at the forefront of protecting consumer privacy online. With over a decade of collaboration between consumer rights groups and technologists, RethinkDNS aims to standardize Do Not Track, a flag that signals to online companies that users do not want their browsing activity monitored. However, despite the support of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and efforts from the Federal Trade Commission, the reluctance of browser vendors and online media companies have undermined the effectiveness of Do Not Track in preserving privacy. To counter invasive behavioral advertising, RethinkDNS offers powerful ad-blocking solutions that not only prevent users from being tracked but also disrupt the business models of publishers and marketers that rely on tracking and ad-clicks. In response, the industry has developed ad-blocker-blockers, but users have fought back by installing ad-blocker-blocker-blockers. RethinkDNS embraces the spirit of online user empowerment, providing users with the means to demand a fairer deal from advertisers. Their adblockers act as the new pop-up blockers, offering a resounding How about nah? to advertisers and publishers who prioritize invasive tracking over user privacy. RethinkDNS is dedicated to advancing adversarial interoperability, enabling users to take control of their online experience and protect themselves from unwanted tracking.
