BRD Roofing Inc. Founded by Bill, Russ, and Dale, the brand takes its name from its three dedicated owners. Russ began his journey in the roofing industry by working summers while pursuing his BS in Geology from Western Washington University.

Bill joined him during one of his summer breaks in 1976 and both decided to stay in the roofing business after graduation. Dale, who graduated from Central Washington, brought his expertise in sales to the team in the mid-eighties. In 2005, with a collective vision, they established their own company, realizing they should have done so years earlier.

At BRD Roofing Inc., Dale serves as the president and primary salesman, while Russ manages sales, plans all roofing projects, and continues to work on the roof alongside the crews. Bill handles all office duties and occasionally joins the crew on the roof. With their experienced foreman, Sam, who has been with the team since the late nineties, BRD Roofing ensures efficient project management and exceptional workmanship.
