## Description

Brea Health GmbH is a patient-focused brand developing a digital companion for people affected by breast cancer. Made by patients for patients, Brea aims to provide holistic, ongoing support before, during, and after treatment, helping users regain a sense of control over their wellbeing and daily lives. Its upcoming app is designed to adapt to each person’s circumstances and stage of illness, accompanying them throughout their individual patient journey.

The app brings together scientifically grounded information relevant to users’ current needs, practical tools to help organize life during and after treatment, and a symptom diary for recording important changes and better understanding the body and illness. It also offers self-care exercises and methods intended to support quality of life. Brea is being developed in close collaboration with medical professionals, and the company says it is pursuing CE certification as a medical product under the MDR standard. The app is described as coming soon, with free registration available for updates. Brea also shares breast cancer information through its newsletter.
