# Breastfeeding in Berlin - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `breastfeeding-in-berlin.de` ## Description Breastfeeding in Berlin is a mobile breastfeeding and parent-support service led by Jana Heptinstall, an IBCLC. Based in Berlin, the service offers individual guidance for families navigating breastfeeding, infant feeding, complementary foods, and baby sleep. Support is available for general questions about nursing and feeding, as well as preparation for breastfeeding during pregnancy. Consultations can address positioning and latch, pain or nipple wounds, blocked ducts, and concerns about producing too little or too much milk. The service also provides advice on alternative feeding methods, introducing complementary foods, and baby-led weaning. Parents seeking help with weaning or questions specific to their own circumstances can also request support. Breastfeeding in Berlin combines practical feeding guidance with consultation around the connection between breastfeeding and sleep, aiming to help parents find answers suited to their needs. Jana asks clients to make contact in writing by email or WhatsApp, as her work often prevents her from answering calls. The service can be reached by email or telephone. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Childrens Health _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ - 🏝 Lifestyle - 🏝 Childcare _(under Lifestyle)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/breastfeeding_in_berlin) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idaU83zDxE/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792843837702) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idaU83zDxE/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792843837889) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Antique Brass | #cd9071 | accent | | Jaguar | #0a0111 | dark | | Biloba Flower | #d0a9ec | light | ## Fonts - cormorantgaramond-semibold — asset _(custom)_ - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
