## Description

Breast Foot Forward is a community support network founded by Meagan and Heather, who drew on their own breast cancer experiences to help others facing treatment and life after cancer. Based on the Mornington Peninsula, the organisation aims to offer comfort, kindness and practical support while fostering connection, resilience and hope for people affected by breast cancer.

Its work includes The Comfort Project, which provides a way for the community to support people navigating cancer treatment, and care packages featuring high-quality, locally sourced products. Breast Foot Forward invites local suppliers to partner in creating these packages and welcomes organisations whose support helps deliver moments of comfort and connection.

The network also offers Gentle Flow & Restore, a complimentary 45-minute movement and breathwork class held on the first Wednesday of each month. Open to people undergoing treatment, those adjusting to life after treatment, and a chosen support person, the inclusive session encourages participants to move at their own pace, rest as needed and feel welcome as they are.
