A Registered Nurse, Certified Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, Spinning Babies® Parent Educator, and Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner, Tammy has supported pregnant people since 2008. Her services focus on comfort, informed preparation, and helping families understand how body balance and baby positioning can influence the birth process. Body Balancing sessions use light touch and stretches to address tight muscles and ligaments, ease pregnancy discomfort, and create space for a baby to move toward an ideal position. Sessions may also support families preparing for a breech baby or other positioning concerns.
