## Description

Brian Dall Schyth | Explainways is the creative and science communication practice of illustrator, biologist (Ph.D.) and visual artist Brian Dall Schyth. The brand brings together scientific knowledge and visual storytelling to communicate nature, science and medicine in an engaging, accessible way. Its work includes selected projects that use illustration and other forms of communication to explore these subjects.

Explainways also offers drawing workshops, lectures and combined sessions for groups and organisations. Workshops can focus on particular animal groups or plants, or address broader themes such as biodiversity, evolution and food chains. Sessions may also include a talk about people’s relationship with nature, connecting scientific topics to everyday experience. A typical workshop lasts 30 to 45 minutes, and the available options, pricing and dates can be discussed directly with Brian.

A workshop at the Natural History Museum in Aarhus was documented in a video made by the museum. Based in Kolind, Denmark, Brian Dall Schyth | Explainways shares updates through its newsletter and social media, including Instagram and LinkedIn, and invites enquiries about projects and workshops.
