## Description

Building Bridges for Humanity is a volunteer-led initiative that helps remove financial barriers to transformational, in-person programs. Founded by Mark Mast after he saw capable people miss opportunities for growth because they could not afford tuition, the organization raises funds to sponsor participants who are ready to do meaningful personal and leadership work. Its support is directed to vetted programs, beginning with the Bridge Experience, and may also serve leadership trainings and somatic healing workshops. Scholarships are generally partial, allowing participants to contribute what they can and retain a sense of agency. A small committee reviews applications with attention to financial need, readiness, and commitment. Individuals, businesses, and partners can contribute through one-time donations, while recurring support and volunteer involvement can be discussed directly with the organization. Building Bridges for Humanity aims to make access fairer and help participants carry what they learn into their families, workplaces, and communities. It shares a commitment to transparent reporting and measurable outcomes so supporters can understand how their contributions advance the mission.
