## Description

Bridges to Change is an organization focused on supporting people on their path to recovery through peer-delivered services and stable housing. Its work brings together peer support, housing, treatment, and low-barrier services, with an emphasis on making health and housing accessible to all. The organization also shares stories of hope and offers opportunities for community members to get involved through volunteering, training, donations, and alumni activities.

A notable community initiative, Grow Rockwood, transformed an underutilized site into the Rockwood Drop-in Resource Center, a walk-in behavioral health and resource center that opened in September 2025. The campaign exceeded its goal, supported by more than 390 hours of community volunteer time, $4,900 in donated supplies and materials, and over $23,000 in community donations.

Bridges to Change also provides information about its leadership, equity and inclusivity work, sustainability, and impact through its annual report and community updates. Careers, events, and its Welcome Home Banquet offer additional ways to connect with the organization and its mission.
