## Description

Bright Beginnings OT is a mobile occupational therapy service supporting children aged 3 to 18 and their families in Campbelltown, Warragamba and Silverdale. Led by occupational therapist Jane Whittaker, the practice helps children develop everyday skills, emotional wellbeing and confidence, and participate meaningfully at home, school and in their communities.

Therapy is child-centred, family-focused, play-based and tailored to each child’s strengths and needs. The approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and grounded in evidence, with practical strategies designed for use in daily life. Services include occupational therapy assessments and intervention, sensory profiling and regulation support, early intervention and school readiness, fine and gross motor development, emotional regulation strategies, functional capacity assessments, home programs and parent education. The practice also collaborates with schools and preschools.

Bright Beginnings OT supports children with challenges such as sensory processing, attention, anxiety, coordination, daily living skills and social participation, including children with autism, ADHD and developmental differences. Services are available to NDIS self-managed and plan-managed families, as well as private-pay clients.
