## Description

Bright Moon Tai Chi offers tai chi and qigong classes in Deal, Dover, Eastry and nearby villages in Kent. Led by Gill Walshe, a fully qualified and insured instructor affiliated with the Deyin Institute, the British Health Qigong Association and the International Taiji and Qigong Federation, the programme welcomes beginners as well as more experienced students. Classes explore tai chi and qigong, with additional sessions in fan, sword and xing yi standing pole. Some classes focus on beginners, while others suit mixed or intermediate levels; availability varies by class. Sessions are pay as you go, with prices listed on the timetable. Bright Moon Tai Chi also supports instructor development through training associated with the Deyin Taijiquan Institute GB. Gill’s experience includes competing at European tai chi and Health Qigong events, where she earned bronze medals. The school’s instructors and students contribute to its teaching community, with qualified teachers delivering classes at local venues.
