## Description

Brighton Muay Thai & Fitness is an Adelaide-based training provider offering Muay Thai, fitness and self-defence classes for a broad range of ages and experience levels. Created by lead trainer Neil Zurzolo, the business has grown over eight years and welcomes beginners as well as experienced participants. Its group programme includes adult classes, junior classes for children aged four and over, a Tiny Tots class for ages three to four, and a ladies-only class. Beginner and intermediate options are available for juniors, while adult and ladies-only sessions cater to different skill levels. Members can also choose one-to-one personal training, including mobile training where the trainer comes to the client. Brighton Muay Thai & Fitness aims to help people build skills, improve fitness, challenge themselves and develop confidence in a friendly, inclusive environment. Training can support physical and mental strength, and classes provide an opportunity to meet others while learning. Prospective members can consult the timetable, class descriptions and FAQ, or use the booking page to find available sessions and arrange a first class.
